The organizational model itself is open source — “How to run a circular building company.” The Blueprint repo (CC-BY-SA 4.0) contains generalized templates: processes, role files, governance rhythms, the [AI]/[AI→H]/[H] grid, company-structure logic, KPI methodology.

Docs on this page are pulled read-only from company-blueprint at build time (see scripts/pull-docs.sh).

Release cadence: quarterly (see org/entscheidungen/DR-0004-repo-setup.md, section 4.5). No live mirror, no sync promise — a release artifact with version and date.
